We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Tethys. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 10-day return policy.
All shipping for returns are paid by customers. Send an email to flaskonthego.tethys@gmail.com with your order and tracking number.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
